below to access these records in RecordEASE Web.
Tract Books
To access Tract Books include the following in your search -
- Book Type = TRACT
- Book = Enter the first letter of the plat
- Page = Enter 1
This search should return the applicable images.

Index Books
Index Book images in RecordEASE are in 25-page PDF groups.
To open the correct file, at this time, you must enter the first page number of the 25-page group.
Group starting numbers are always three digits and end in either 1 or 6.
e.g. - 001, 026, 051, 076, 101, 126, 151, 176, 201, 226, 251, 276, 301
- Book Type = Select the appropriate index (Deed Index, Abstract Index, etc.)
- Book = Enter the book number
- Page = Enter a 3 digit page number

Subscription Fees
- The monthly subscription rate is $25 per customer account.
- The rate for searching for documents or certificates is $0.85 per search.
- The rate for viewing documents is $1 per document, certificate or plat.

The Tract Indexes and Tract Books are available through a subscription to RecordEASE web. There is no additional charge to search or view these records.

Plats are available through RecordEASE web. To view a plat, search by Addition/Plat Code/or Name and click Plat Map.
